  1. Boil the matki and strain it.. Later in kadai add oil than add chilli garlic paste and saute it
  2. Add few curry leaves onions and saute it
  3. Now add red chilli powder turmeric powder coriander powder tomatoes and mix it.. Than add water
  4. Later cover it with let tamatoes get translucent… Than add matki onion garlic masala kitchen king masala salt and mix it… Cover it with lid for 5 minutes matki is ready now
