  1. Heat oil in a frying pan. As heated add chopped green chillies, cashewnuts pieces, roast gram, curry leaves fry on slow flame till crispy golden brown. Remove in a strainer. Add peanuts and fry till crispy golden. Transfer it on a strainer to remove excess oil.

  4. Now in a mixing bowl add all the above fried ingredients. Also add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, sugar powder,garam masala and salt, mix all gently.
