- In a pressure cooker add onion, tomatoes, cashew nuts,garlic, 2 tsp salt and 1 cup water.wait for 4-5 whistles.
- After the whistles,open the pressure cooker and pour all these contents into grinder along with coriander leaves and make a paste.I have add a little amount of chat masala at this time.
- At a pan, add cumin seed and cloves and roast them for a while and then add the mixture into it and mix well.Add Ginger paste and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add peas and cook for 5 minutes. Mean while add coriander powder, turmeric powder and red chilli powder.
- Add curd and cook for another 3-4 minutes by continue stirring on medium flame.
- Add paneer cubes and mix them properly with the mixture and then to it - add 1/2 cup water and garam masala and cook on low flame by covering it for 2-3 minutes.
- Add 2 tbsp honey and give a good mix.Add kasuri methi and again cook for 1 minute by covering it.
- Check salt and switch of the stove. Squeeze lemon on it (this is optional).
