- Add little water, salt,black pepper powder & garam masala
- Cook till chicken is tender
- When done add lemon juice & left green chillies
- Soak saffron in warm milk
- In a big pot spread rice at the bottom
- Spread the chicken gravy.
- Again spread rice,sprinkle saffron and fried onions
- Cover with aluminium foil
- Cook on medium flame fr 10 to 20 mins
- Serve hot with salad & raita
