- Take them out and keep in a plate - - Now in the same pan add cardamom,in the ghee and vermicelli and roast it till golden brown.
- On the other hand Boil milk in a heavy-bottomed pan - - Now add hot milk to the vermicelli pan and stir.
- Let it cook about 5-7 minutes on low flame - Now add condensed milk and stir.
- Add the fried dry fruits leaving a few for garnish - Now add raisins too. - And let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
- Towards the end add rose water - Remove from the flame.
- Transfer to the serving dish.
- Garnish with the dry fruits kept aside.
- Keep in the fridge about 2 hours before serving - Now ready to serve and relish.
