- Prepare 1 cup Rice
- Use 1 cup Toor dal

Instructions to make Bisibelebath:
- Cut 3 to 4 drumsticks into medium pieces and pressure cook it for 2 whistles. Peel out the flesh of the cooked drumsticks and rest aside
- Wash the rice and toordal twice, pressure cook it for 3 to 4 whistles. Smash off the cooked dal rice when it is warm.
- Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a heavy bottom vessel add the tadka ingredients.
- Add onion, tomatoes, salt followed by all the vegetables one after the other. Saute it well and add 3 tsp of sambhar powder.
- Add 6 cups of water. Allow it to boil nicely. Add the smashed dal rice into it. Cook till the rice thickens.
- Add some coriander leaves. Bisibelebath is ready to serve.
