Now add cut potatoes, add salt, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 2 tsp red chilli powder, coriander powder, pav-bhaji masala, mix well. Lastly add lemon juice, mix again, turn off gas, potato sabzi is ready. Cover a lid, keep aside.
