  3. Get 1.5 cup dahi
  4. Get 1/4 tbsp haldi powder

  8. Take 8 to 10 Curry leaves

  14. Prepare 1/4 tbsp red chilli powder
  15. You need Chopped coriander leaves
Instructions to make Fried Dhokla:
  1. Mix rice flour, besan, sugar, curd,haldi powder, salt and water and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
  2. After 30 minutes add 1pouch eno than grease with oil a round shape container and then liquid add to it which we had left aside for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat kadhai and add water to it and steam the container and after half an hour check it using knife. If knife comes out clean then your dhokla is ready.
  4. After 10 minutes take it out in a plate and cut it in small pieces.
  5. Now heat kadhai and add 2 tbsp oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilli and red chilli powder.
  6. Then add dhokla in kadhai and add salt to it and fry it for 2 minutes then add lemon juice.
  7. Now in a plate take it out and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
  8. Now your yummy fried dhokla is ready to eat 😋😋
