  1. Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take flour add oil and salt,turmeric powder and carrom seeds in it. Mix it well.
  2. Add water and make a soft dough of it. Keep it for rest 15-20 minutes.
  3. In a small blender take peas, ginger and chilli. - blend to coarse paste without. keep aside.
  4. Further, in a large kadai heat oil.add in cumin seeds and saute till they turn aromatic. add in spices and saute.add blended peas and saute. - also add salt and coriander leaves. mix and keep aside.
  5. Now pinch a ball sized ball and flatten it.
  6. Scoop prepared matar stuffing.
  7. Get the edges together and form a bundle.
  8. Again roll it carefully and lightly. You can use your palms to increase it as well.
  9. Heat oil in kadhai. Add ready kachories in it and deep fry it crispy by flipping it.
  10. Serve it hot with tomato ketchup or any chutany.
