- Grind the all veggies (onion, tomato, ginger, garlic) make a fine paste.. Heat oil in the pan splutter jeera, bay leaf, cloves and cinnamon stick..put the grind paste and cook will till oil sperates frm it.
- Add all the spices (Turmeric, red chilli,coriander powder & salt) mix and cook well
- Now add kasuri methi and green peas cook them for few minutes.
- Add water and adjust the consistency and bring them boil. Now add paneer cubes cover it for 10 mins on high flame.(till paneer absorbed all the flavors).
- Finally add garam masala and cook it again for 5 minutes.. serve hot with roti or rice. Taste is yummy 😋
- Note: 1- you can also add (deep or shallow) fry paneer as per your taste. 2- if you want some sweetness add 1 tsp sugar it'll inhance the flavors.
