- Use 500 gms Spinach
- Prepare 1 pc. Onion
- Prepare 1 tbsp. Besan
- Provide 1 tbsp ginger chilli paste

- Get 1 tbsp. Ghee
- Prepare 1 tsp. Cumin seeds

Instructions to make Lasuni Palak:
- Wash and rinse spinach leaves. Boil water and blanch spinach for 2-3min. Immediately transfer ina ice water. Now squeeze spinach from water and take 1/4th part spinach to chopped and another in mixi jar and make a puree.
- Now heat ghee in a pan add cumin and coarsely crushed fenugreek seeds add finely chopped onion and saute till looks transparent add chopped spinach and besan roast properly. Lastly add salt ginger chilli garlic paste and coursly crushed pepper and garam masala. Mix well add 1/2glass water and cook for 5-7min. On high flame.
- Now heat ghee add dry red chilli coarsely crushed garlic saute till golden brown in colour. add sesame seeds. And pour in on spinach. And serve.Lasuni palak is ready to serve.. Tasty curry is ready to serve with paratha. Or Rice.
