- Prepare 500 gms besan

Steps to make Palak Sev Chat:
- Take spinach (palak),wash it properly and boil it.Drain water from it and make fine puree(1 bowl almost).
- Now in a big bowl take besan and add all ingredients like salt, black pepper, black salt(sanchar), chat masala, red chilli powder, palak puree,2 tbsp oil and water if necessary and mix well.
- Make a loose dough of it.Cover it for half an hour to give it rest.
- After half an hour make 6 portions of it. Fill sev machine (Sancha) with two portions of dough and be prepared to make sev.
- On the other side take a kadai and heat oil in it to prepare sev. Check the oil and make sev with the help of Sancha(machine) as shown in the picture
- When one sancha is finished again fill it.close it and do the same procedure.And prepare remaining sev with the help of sancha(mould)
- To prepare palak sev chat take some sev in a bowl. Chop tomato and onion and add it into the sev bowl. Squeeze half lemon in it, add chat masala and mix it well.
- You can also add chanajor to it. Garnish it with coriander leaves. Your palak chat is ready to serve.
