  3. Keep them covered again for 40 mins at least for the second proofing. This step is the must. You must not skip this at any cost. Next comes the frying part. Fry them on a low to medium high heat for 3 to 5 minutes for each batch of 6 to 7 donuts at a time.
  4. Let them cool down before using your favourite icings, glazes and sprinkles.
