- First of all Knead a dough of kachori and cover it with slightly wet cloth for about 30 min
- Now take the pan heat the oil add zeera and onion for 2 minutes then add boiled patato and peas now add all the spices and cook for 5 minutes,add Corriender and green chilli 🌶,let it cool down
- Now Knead dough again for about 5 minutes, now take a small dough and make a ball
- Now roll the ball with the rolling pin in order to flatten the ball
- Now take 1 tbsp of patato mixture and fill in the ball and to flatten the ball, wrap and seal the edges and make a ball again, now cover kachori for 15 min
- Now take a wok,heat oil fry kachori on low to medium heat until it becomes golden brown.
- Aloo kachori is ready to serve with chutney.
