- Take a pan add butter and chopped onions…when they are pink in color add all the dry masala and salt…Cook for only few seconds and then add mashed potatoes mix it Well and in the end add chopped coriander leaves and kasuri methi.
- After an hour punch the dough to take out the excess air and keen it again for only 3-4 minutes with light hand…divide this dough in 7 equal parts and fill in with the stuffing and pat it with your fingers to make a small round shape…
- Keep it in greased baking tray and give it a milk and butter wash.. preheat the oven on 220 degree for 10 minutes…. keep this prepared unbaked kulcha for 15 minutes more covered with wet cloth and then bake it for 12-15 minutes according to your oven temperature..
- Please check it after 10 minutes..If it's light golden take it out brush it with butter and serve it hot.
