- In a pressure cooker heat mustard oil and add chopped onions until pink in colour
- Add mutton to it and mix well. Cook until oil leaves surface
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook for another 10 mins
- Put in cooker for 3-4 whistles on low flame
- Now it’s ready to be plated. Add ghee and garnish with chopped coriander leaves
