  1. First prepare the batter for that wash the rice 1-2 time with plan water. And wash the urd daal same with plan water. Soak them in water for 3-4 hours.

Take a dosa tawa and heat it after headed, sprinkle little little water dn thn clear the tawa surface, then with the help of small katori spread the batter on tawa aply oil or butter on the corners and in the centre when dosa becomes brown in colour then turn into other side and thne add staffing on it, add from the both side.
