Instructions to make Uggani with mirpakaya bajji:
  1. First, take a pan, put oil. Once oil gets heated, put mustard seeds, urad dhal, gram dhal curry leaves and chillies and fry it for 5 seconds. After that add onions fry till light golden brown..then tomatoes, turmeric, Salt. And fry it until your tomatoes are cooked. The. Add capsicum and fry it. Meanwhile, side by side just soak the rice puffs in water for 3 mins and drain it.
  2. Once it is fried, turn off the stove, and mix the fried ingredients into the drained rice puff and mix it. Garnish with coworkers and lemon on the top. Now uggani is ready.
