- With salt and Baking Powder. Give it nice mix.
- Now add ghee/ butter or oil. I used oil add half mix and than half just try to bind the flour. If u feel dry add milk not more than 2 tbsp. (I added only 1 tbsp)
- Bind the dough add choco chips. Mix and bind it. Cover it and freeze it for 10-15 min.
- Now put pan/ kadhai on medium flame. Arrange ring. Cover it and keep for preheat for 10-15 min. Grease the plate place butter paper grease it too.
- Now take the dough from the fridge mix and make lemon sized balls. If u make any shape take mould and make it. I make scoop shape. Arrange cookies in greased plate.
- Now place some chochips on the top of cookies. Put the plate in preheated kadhai. Cover it and bake for 20-25 min on low flame.
- After 25 min cookies r done. Take out on rack get it cool for 1/2 hr. Then serve.
