  1. Chop spring garlic, coriendar leaves onions and tomatoes finely. Boil eggs and peel.
  2. Take one tbsp oil in a nonstick pan. Heat it a bit on low flame. Gently break an egg over it and Sprinkle the powder spices evenly. Top it up with a tbsp full spring garlic.
