  2. Now add desiccated coconut and roast it until it starts changing its colour to light golden.
  3. Later add grated beetroot and black plums in it and cook until all water drys out. Then add sugar(optional), Milk powder, ilaichi powder and fried dry fruits.
  4. If you are adding sugar, wait till all mixture starts becoming dough. Other wise take it off flame once it starts separating ghee.
  5. Make small laddus out of this mixture. Garnish it with desiccated coconut
  6. I personally dont recommend to add sugar as plums and beetroots are sweet enough.
  7. Don't store it over a week and store it in refrigerator.
