Instructions to make Masala Pohe:
  1. Wash poha in water for 2-3 times. Strain it and keep in sieve.
  2. Peel wash and Chop onion ginger, green chilli, potato, coriander leaves, peas. Keep ready all ingredients.
  3. Heat oil in a karahi and put mustard seeds and when mustard seeds splutter add chopped onion and ginger. Saute for 30 seconds on low flame. Add peas, green chilli, and cook for 2-3 minutes till it gets soften and onions turned transculent. Add salt, red chilli pepper, turmeric powder and mix.
  4. Mix well. Now add potatoes, grated coconut, peanuts and raisins and mix well.
  5. Saute for 2 minutes. Add Poha and mix
  6. Add sugar in it and squeeze lemon juice and mix well.
  7. Mix small sachet of Maggi masala in it.
  8. Serve hot with sauce or masala tea.
