  2. Wash poha and drain excess water and keep in sieve.
  3. Heat cooking oil in a wok. Add Onion, potatoes, Bellpepper, tomato, and mix well. Add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder, mix and cover it and for 10 minutes on low flame. Now raisins and fresh coconut and stir.
  4. Add poha and mix well.
  5. Now add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, sugar and Maggi magic masala and mix. Squeeze half lemon and mix.
  6. Serving time add 8-9 grapes and one tbsp bhujiya in one plate cooked poha.
  7. Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
