- Fry the csahew till golden brown. Add curry leaves and cook till crispy. Mix roasted moongphali and chana dal.
- Now slow down the flame and add all dry ingredients. Mix well.
- Add fried chivda, sev and dalbiji and mix properly. Cook in sim heat for 10 minutes flip flipping in between till you get a beautiful aroma.
