  2. In mixing bowl add wheat flour and chanadal flour. Add chopped fenugreek leaves,spinach leaves, turmeric powder,red chilli powder, green chillies ginger paste, sesame seeds,salt,oil. Mix well and adding little -little whisk curd,go on mixing and binding in semi soft dough.
  3. Knead dough for few minutes,make 10-12 equal portions flatten balls from it. Roll each flatten balls with dry flour and roll into 5"-6" thin round rotis. Prepare All similarly.
  4. Heat griddle. On it place 1 by1 rolled rotis dry roast lightly on both sides. Similarly prepare all.
  5. Now place one roasted roti, on griddle, drizzle little oil on it and on slow flame with help of wooden block roast,in circular motion,on both sides, till crispy golden as shown. Similarly prepare all theplas.
