  3. At the center add butter, then add few sliced tomato.
  4. Now add few onion and capsicum sliced. On top add 1 tbps tomato sauce, 1 tbps schezwan sauce, pinch of salt, pinch of red chilli powder, pinch of pav bhaji masala, few chopped coriander leaves.
  5. Close this stuffing with a lid or deep plate.cook it for 1 minute.
  6. Then remove the lid and mash all ingredients well. Spread this mixture all over dosa.
  7. Now spread grated cheese all over dosa.
  8. Roll the dosa well and cut in two or three parts depending on size of dosa. Keep them cylindrically and grate cheese on the top. Jini dosa is ready to serve with chutney.
