  3. Prepare a steamer for steaming surti locho… to the batter bowl add eno and mix lightly till it's fluffy… then pour in a greased container and keep in the steamer for steaming for 20 - 25 mins..check with knife or toothpick.
  4. Plating: Take a spoonful of surti locho and place on a plate… drizzle some lemon juice, green chutney, chopped coriander, bhuna masala, toasted black sesame seeds and black salt… serve hot
