  1. Heat 1tsp oil in a pan,add prawn and saute for 2 minutes only.Keep aside.
  2. Heat an another pan,add oil.When reached at smoking point,add mathidana.Add chopped onion and fry till golden.
  3. Mix red chilli powder and coriander powder to ginger garlic paste.Also add mustard powder and pepoer powder.Mix well to make a paste.Add to fried onion.
  4. Cook for 1 minute on high flame.Add chopped coriander and salt.Mix.
  5. Add 1 cup water,cover and cook on medium flame for 5 minutes.
  6. After 5 minutes,add prawn.Mix well.Add1/2cup water and cook for 4-5minutes on medium -low flame.
  7. Now prawn curry is well cooked.Add chopped coriander leaves.Put off flame and leave for 5 minutes.
  8. Prawn curry is ready to be served.Serve with boiled rice/roti.
