  5. Put steamer on flame and add water for boiling
  6. Now add 1/2t.spoon eno and add 1t.spoon hot water and 1-2t.spoon butter or oil. and mix well with hand
  7. Now Grease plate with oil and pour batter and steam for 12-15mins. sprinkle garam masala
  8. Serve hot drizzle oil chopped onion and nylon sev
