- Add salt to taste. - Add red chilli powder. - Add jeera powder and amchur powder.
- Then, add a pinch of ground pepper and add rock salt.
- Add 4 tablespoons of the tamarind chutney.
- Now add in prepared jaljeera chutney and mix well.
- Then, add the chopped onions and tomatoes and green chilli.
- Add lemon juice and add chaat masala - Mix thoroughly.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves and split green chilli and onions ring.
- Serve it with hot kulchas.
