  2. Heat up the oil in kadhai on medium flame. Add mustard seeds and let it splutter. Once it splutter add curry leaves and chopped onions. Saute till onion turns translucent. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute.Then add chopped tomatoes and mix well. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander cumin powder and salt. Mix well and cook till tomatoes are cooked well.
  3. Add green peas, mix and cook for a minute or two. Further add washed methi leaves, mix well and cook for 2 to 3 mins. Switch off the flame.
  4. Serve hot with roti or Paratha.
