  1. For chutney 👉 in a blender jar put green chilli, ginger, tomatoes,coriander leaves, to taste salt now blend till fine puree keep it aside.
  2. Take soaked peas rinse and strain it keep it aside.
  3. Heat the cooker with mustard oil add cumin once crinkle add onion saute till it becomes nice brown colour on medium flame.
  4. Add peas, green chtuney reserve some chutney for garnishing, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, kitchen king meet masala powder, to taste salt as required water,baking soda some chopped coriander leaves now pressure cook up to 3whistles then turn on the lower flame agian cook it for 5 to 8 min.
  5. Turn off the flame when cool down it open the lid and check it cooked or not.
  6. Take a mortar put coriander seeds, cumin crush them with pestal make a coarsely mixture keep it aside.
  7. Heat the wok with 1tbsp cooking oil add prepared coriander mixture, green chilli, ginger saute it for few minute on lower flame.
  8. Add turmeric powder, smashed potatoes, to taste salt, coriander leaves mix it properly with spatula, stir it 5 to 6 min on medium flame.
  9. Turn off the flame, feeling is ready keep it aside to cool.
  10. In a mixing bowl add maida,kalonji, cooking oil some salt mix it well with hand, now add little by little water knead it for 5 to 8 min and make a smooth dough, little thick then roti dough.
  11. Knead the dough to smoothen, divide in it small ball.
  12. Roll the ball with the help of oil, roll it in a oval shape not too thick nor too thin, cut in to 2 pieces.
  13. Take a 1 pieces of rolled dough apply little water to jion the edges to make a cone, fill the cone with potato mixture and seal with the help of water.
  14. Now drop in hot oil, gently add as many as many samosa as you can fry them on lower flame.
