- Break the cooked chapatis into pieces and let them cool on room temperature only.
- Grind the pieces in a grinder jar to make churma of perfect consistency.
- Add powdered sugar and ghee according to your taste and diet and give it a nice mix with your hands. Add white rose essence to it and mix again.
