Steps to make Rasam:
- Take a bowl add tomatoes with a slit cut
- Add tamarind, water and heat till tomatoes are soft
- Let it cool for 10 minutes and pake it's paste in mixie
- Strain it
- Take a pan heat oil. Crackle mustard seeds and cumin
- Add garlic, curry leaves. Mix it
- Add red chilli powder, black pepper powder, cumin powder, garam masala, rasam masala, tomato water, salt
- Mix well and cook for 7-8 minutes
- Then serve it with rice
