- Now take a large kadhai. Put 1 & half cup of salt in it so that the kadhai-base gets covered properly. Now place a stand over it, cover it and pre-heat it for about 8 mins. In the min time, grease a plate with some oil or ghee and make small balls out of the dough and coat it with the crushed cornflakes as shown in the image. Now flatten it a bit and place them on the plate.
- Now place the plate/tray over the stand, in the kadhai, cover it and bake it in the lowest flame for about 25 to 30 mins. And your cornflakes cookies are done. Consume it after 15 mins or let it cool for about 15 mins and then serve it.
