Instructions to make Pav bhaji:
  1. Firstly peel, clean, wash and boil all the veggies except tomatoes and onions. Drain the excess water and let them cool down.
  2. Peel and boil the green peas separately and keep aside. Take a deep vessel and heat oil put finely chopped onions, saute for.2 minutes and add ginger garlic paste. Cook for 2 more minutes. Now add 1 teaspoon pav bhaji masala, red chilli powder. Mix well. Now mash the boiled veggies with A masher and put it in the vessel stir for 2-3 minutes on high flame.
  3. Now make tomato puree in A grinder put green chillies also. Make a hollow hole in the centre of the vessel by shifting veggies on the edges and put tomato puree. Sprinkle some salt and pav bhaji masala. Mix well. And let it simmer for few minutes.
  4. Mix well check seasoning and add the boiled peas. Cover with a lid and let it simmer on low for few minutes. Turn off flame. garnish with finely chopped coriander. Serve with butter-roasted pav, finely chopped green salad and lemon wedges.
