  1. Boil potato peel n mash with fork. Finely chopp all vege. Grate ginger n tomato.
  2. Now heat oil in a pan add chopped garlic chopped chilli saute till redbrown add finely chopped onion n grated ginger finely chopped capsicum saute till looks transparant.
