Stir the rice in the oil until every grain is coated. Add the measured water, and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil. Once it starts boiling, turn the heat to low, cover it, and leave it alone! This will cook for about 10 minutes. Keep an eye on it. Now, back to our chicken…
