  1. Take a kadai no oil in it… Just let it get hot.
  2. Add chopped aloo to the kadai and let it cook for 2/3 minutes by covering it by adding little salt.
  3. Now add finely chopped tomatoes, green chilli and cover the lid and let it cook for 2/3 minutes.
  4. Now add salt, haldi powder, lal mirch powder, dhaniya powder and mix well. Cover the lid and cook for 2/3 minutes more.
